Mission
The Furry Friends Food Drive was created in 2009 in recognition that increasing numbers of people are relinquishing their pets to veterinarians, foster organizations, shelters, or simply abandoning them, because they can’t afford to feed them. We don’t compete with shelters or rescue groups. Rather, our food drive is designed to help companion animals remain in their loving homes.
Our mission is simple: through collections of pet food and cash, we enable pet owners who are experiencing financial difficulty to obtain donated pet food.
